Big, loud, sometimes funny. Very dry sense of humour. Extremely well travelled, broad multi-cultural experienced speaks some German, French, Spanish. Lived in USA, Russia and Germany. Worked extensively across eastern Europe, Japan and India. Wide interests in marketing passion brands include Starbucks, VW, British Airways, Coca Cola and McDonalds. School governor, Beaver and Cub Scout leader. Used to be good at swimming fast. Holds degrees; management (Warwick), marketing (Brunel) and MBA (Lancaster).
Currently MBA Director and Marketing Teaching Fellow at Royal Holloway, University of London. Teaches marketing management, business planning, marketing research, B2B marketing and advertising. Has also taught branding, airport terminal design, business analysis, finance, service operations management, globalisation, international management, strategy.
