Hello everybody,

It’s my first day as the new president of Royal Holloway Entrepreneurs- I’m very excited to be joining you all!

I’ve just graduated with a BA from Royal Holloway and am about to start my Masters in Politics here. In my final year I started a Community Action scheme called ‘Study Buddy,’ a foreign language exchange programme used and run by students at Holloway.  Study Buddy started as an idea on a post-it note in my bedroom, and then with the support of Community Action and Royal Holloway Entrepreneurs it grew into a successful and well used programme. This year I hope to support and motivate anybody with their own ideas, whether they are small social enterprise programme ideas or huge multi-million pound company ideas!

With lots of great ideas and enthusiam I hope we can build on Jack’s work and grow and improve this already successful organisation.

Kind Regards,

Luka

Could you be our next President?

Jack Lenox, our founding President, has done a fantastic job of creating Royal Holloway Entrepreneurs. But it is soon approaching the time for him to hand over the reins to the next President, to take the organization to the next level.

Could you be our next President?

It is a fantastic opportunity to lead the NACUE New Society of the Year 2010. The job involves everything from running events, hobnobbing with famous entrepreneurs, managing a budget to buying late night pizza and inspiring a team of amazing students. Can you do all of this?

Read the job description and take a look at the advert which includes details of how to apply. You must be a Royal Holloway student or recent graduate.

Jack LenoxFounding President

Jack founded Royal Holloway Entrepreneurs in September 2009 to provide the support that he would have wanted to receive when he started The Founder, Royal Holloway’s independent newspaper in his first year at the College.

Jack is currently taking a year out from his studies to run Royal Holloway Entrepreneurs and to focus on eNovella, his new social network and publishing outlet for creative writers.

Jack is something of a serial entrepreneur. Having designed a number of commercial websites for small businesses whilst at school, he set up a small computer business during sixth form, building and selling computers on the internet and through eBay. During a gap year between school and university, he set up a browser-based online game which experienced some success as a project during the time it ran.

Jack currently lives in Egham. To contact Jack, please use the contact page.
